“Once you book your day, you’ll receive a welcome email with access to your project dashboard—your central hub for everything you’ll need.

Here’s what you’ll complete before we begin:

• Fill out your brand questionnaire
• Upload any visual inspiration you’d like us to see
• Schedule your prep call so we can align on direction, finalize goals, and approve moodboard direction

Note: All prep work is due ahead of your scheduled design day, with deadlines based on the date you select at booking. Completing everything on time ensures we can start strong, stay focused, and finish on time. We’ll walk you through every step to keep things seamless and stress-free!

• Step 1: Our team kicks things off behind the scenes, building out a few strong concepts for your future brand.

• Step 2: We’ll present a selection of brand identity options, then collaborate in real time to refine and finalize the direction.

• Step 3: We create as many assets as possible, wrap up your brand guidelines, and prepare everything for handoff.

• Step 4: Your brand is delivered with everything tied up in a neat little bow. You’re officially launch-ready.


FOR WEB INTENSIVES

• Step 1: We start by designing your custom landing page. This page sets the tone for the rest of your site.

• Step 2: Once the landing page is finalized and approved, we’ll build out the rest of your site.

• Step 3: We hand over the full site for review. We’ll walk through it together, make any final tweaks or revisions, and make sure every detail feels just right.

• Step 4: Your website is officially ready to go live. We’ll hand everything over with care and make sure you feel confident moving forward.
